The Unemployment Report remained at 4.3% in the latest reading. This is historically low. However, there is more and more signs of cracks emerging in the workforce. Jobs added fell to a near-term low of just 23,000 in the latest reading. In addition, those holding more than one job to keep up with inflation continues to spike. While 4.3% is historically low, cracks are emerging and investors should be very cautious.
