These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Verified Investing platform (the "Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, courses, and other educational materials (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services. By browsing, registering for an account, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

3. Access and Use of the Services

3.1 Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Services. However, the Services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 System Requirements

The Services may require specific software or hardware to function properly. You are responsible for ensuring your devices meet these requirements.

3.3 Synchronization Timing

When updates to your access are made, there may be a delay of up to 1 hour for the changes to fully synchronize across all servers. We appreciate your understanding as this process completes.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

  • Uploading viruses or other malicious code.
  • Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Disrupting or interfering with the Services or other users.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of Verified Investing or others.
  • Transmitting spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Engaging in impersonation or deceptive behavior.
  • Third-party forwarding/execution as a prohibited activity

4.2 Account Sharing

Sharing membership information from a subscription or sharing a course is grounds for immediate account termination and likely a lawsuit for distribution of copyright protected premium content.

5. Subscription Products & Course Access at Verified Investing

5.1 Understanding Your Investment Education Options

At Verified Investing, we offer resources to empower you on your financial journey. This page clarifies our policies for subscriptions, course access duration, cancellations, refunds, and potential price adjustments.

5.2 Subscriptions:

  • All subscription-based products (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) automatically renew with recurring payments according to the term you selected. Renewal terms are clearly displayed on the product details page.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to increase subscription prices within reason at least once per year. We will notify our subscribers of any price adjustments well in advance through email and on our website.

5.3 Course Products:

  • Course purchases provide 8 months of unlimited access to the specific course materials.
  • After 8 months, you have options:
    • Renew: Purchase the course again for another 8 months of access.

5.4 Important:

  • We do not offer refunds or free trials for subscriptions or course purchases. By subscribing or purchasing a course, you commit to the chosen term and gain access to all the benefits included.
  • We strongly recommend addressing any questions you have before subscribing or purchasing a course to ensure it aligns with your goals.

5.5 Cancellations:

To avoid automatic renewal charges for subscriptions, cancel before your current term ends. Cancellations are handled directly through the subscriptions area in your account on our website; visit the MY ACCOUNT page and select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION next to any active subscription you'd like to cancel or modify. This process has been made to be as easy and with as few steps conceivably possible. Location of management tools and generall process for accounts and subscriptions are considered standard and best-practice for password protected self-managed subscription services. Emails requesting cancellation will be replied to with step by step instructions for account cancellation. Similarly, calls with requests to cancel will receive step by step instructions for account cancellation.

7.1. Redistribution, Forwarding, and Third-Party Execution Prohibited

a. All trade ideas, alerts, signals, setups, levels, notifications, chart guidance, proprietary trading models, and any other market-related content (collectively, “Alerts”) provided by Verified Investing (the “Content”) are licensed to you strictly for your personal, non-commercial use only.

b. You may not reproduce, copy, forward, retransmit, share, distribute, or otherwise disclose any portion of the Alerts — in whole or in part — to any third party, including but not limited to brokers, financial advisors, other individuals, autotrading services, social-media groups, or any other intermediaries or platforms.

c. You further agree that you will not permit or cause any third party to execute trades based on the Alerts on your behalf, whether manually or automatically, unless Verified Investing has given prior express written consent, or you are operating under a separate, duly-executed agreement with Verified Investing that expressly authorizes such third-party execution.

d. Any attempt to share, forward, distribute, or enable third-party execution of our Alerts (whether via manual forwarding, copy/paste, screenshot, email, API, phone, or any other means) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such event, Verified Investing reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without refund, suspend or revoke access to all Services, and pursue all other available legal and equitable remedies under law, including claims for damages.

e. You acknowledge that Verified Investing’s Alerts represent proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized sharing or third-party execution may expose you — and any third party involved — to claims of copyright infringement, breach of contract, unfair competition, and other legal liability.

9. Market Data for APEX Live Day Trading Room

The APEX Live Day Trading Room utilizes third-party market data services, including but not limited to Polygon.io, to provide real-time or delayed price data for stocks, ETFs, and other securities. Verified Investing does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any market data provided during live trading sessions.

By using the APEX Live Day Trading Room, you acknowledge and agree that all data feeds are for informational and educational purposes only and may be subject to latency, errors, omissions, or interruptions beyond our control. Verified Investing, its affiliates, and data providers assume no liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on this data, including but not limited to incorrect price information, execution timing, or trade decision-making.

9.1. Apex Live Day Trading Room Portfolio Representation

Within the Apex Live Day Trading Room, each professional trader operates with a notional cash portfolio of $1,000,000, which provides access to up to $4,000,000 in buying power. The displayed track record for the Live Day Trading Room is a composite of all trade signals alerted to members by the participating professional traders. This combined track record is presented as if managed from a single $1,000,000 portfolio, reflecting that the aggregate open positions across all contributing traders will not exceed $4,000,000 at any given time.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Pinellas County, Florida.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Verified Investing.
