We use a passwordless authentication system. When you log in, a one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to your email address to verify your identity. We do not collect or store passwords.

Billing and shipping address (collected via our e-commerce store only, not through the Verified Investing Central Command platform or mobile app)
Subscription and purchase history
Shopping and service preferences

Note: Payment processing is handled by our third-party e-commerce provider. We do not store raw payment card data on our systems.

The mobile application is available for iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

13. Anti-Impersonation & Fraud Disclaimer

Verified Investing and its traders will never initiate unsolicited private contact offering trading advice, account management, guaranteed returns, recovery of losses, or requests for payment.

All official Verified Investing products, services, subscriptions, and transactions are conducted exclusively through verifiedinvesting.com and its authorized systems.

Verified Investing does not conduct business, process payments, or provide customer support through WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Instagram direct messages, Facebook Messenger, Signal, or any unofficial third-party messaging platform.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent Verified Investing or any of its traders through unofficial channels:

Do not send money
Do not share financial information
Do not share login credentials or personal documents
Cease communication immediately

These individuals are impersonators and scammers falsely using the Verified Investing name, likenesses, or branding.

Unauthorized use of the Verified Investing name, logo, trader likenesses, or brand assets to solicit funds or impersonate company representatives may constitute fraud, identity theft, trademark infringement, and other violations of law. Verified Investing actively reports impersonation activity to platform operators and relevant authorities.
