Over the last six months the Dollar/Yen (USD/JPY) has been chopping sideways to up. This is following a sharp collapse the prior few months.
This formation is known as a bear flag. It signals that the downtrend in the USD/JPY will resume in the coming weeks/months and new 52 week lows will be seen.
This implies that the Dollar's dominance will continue to slip and the Yen will gain against the USD.
