US Job Openings Data (JOLTS)
The Job Openings (JOLTS) data still shows there are more job openings than people looking for jobs. Note that this number is still elevated higher than historical levels where past recessions have hit. This shows that the the job market is still solid.
However, please be aware this does not tell us if they are part time job openings or full time. The data is looking clearer that part time is popping while full time is declining. This may be a warning sign for the next year.
